No one could program the chip correctly so I ended up replacing the above chip with an EEC Tuner Chip.
I programmed it myself using GUI Tuner software and a laptop computer. They warned me when I bought the software that is more like hacking than programming. I was able to program out the bugs in the EEC after some Dyno tuning and a week driving around with a borrowed three-gas analyzer and a code scanner. She now purrs like a kitten.
