I installed the 4.6L power pulleys into the motor. I had the grind
a little metal away to make room for the water pump pulley. The metal was
removed on the opposite side of the arrow.
A little metal had to be taken away from the upper intake with a grinder
to fit the alternator. Here is the final result.
