Hi guys !
Long time no type.

Been a bad year.
A very bad year.

On a lighter note. I came here because of this article.

I'm stocking up on parts.

I have WAP block on stand right now to start deburring (something to do)
I have Kook headers on my car now so............
Rear end is good but I think I'll get these axles.
Canton stock style pan (they swear it fits)
Canton windage tray
04 Cobra Supercharger with plenum and all attaching parts T.B. coming next week.
Manley Rods ......they do look manley
Probe Cast STEEL Crank >>>probably should have got forged but that was 600 more. Might see if I can return and upgrade.
Griffin 3 row all alum. Radiator
Car has lots of suspension add ons too from Super Coupe Parts
Lowering Springs that aren't progressive stays nice and flat...........no roll no bounce
J=mod tranny
heckuva Torque converter thread here somewhere about it<<< still kickin arse Rev Max

STILL HAVE LOTS TO GET !
pistons
trick flow heads
cams
cloyes adjustable timing gears set
melling oil pump
Windsor 4v block and 2v heads so...............I'll need some decent looking covers and stuff

Anyway.....................it will be a year long process or more

But I have a start.

I got my dreams

WOW!  Welcome back.

Since you were gone I sold my mod motor car and have been tinkering with the 90 XR7.  I sent the heads and supercharger out to get ported.  My double IC is ready.  I made a harness and two solders joints to go.  I have been painting my raised top and am almost done.

I also have a Griffin radiator getting ready to install but for the 3.8L.  I took all the connectors parts (clips, screws, radiator unions and etc) off a spare radiator and painted them last weekend.  I expect to be ready to install the radiator and double IC in a few weeks.  I think I will save the raised top for the  ported SC!
 ^-^

:freddie: said he will come over to help with the radiator if I drain and remove the old one but I am crossing my fingers with that one!

The 5.4 swap has been called a bad idea, and considered an underpowered considerable waste of time, since 2007.

Nice to see that most donít think that anymore.

95-98 Mark VIII are 28 spline 8.8" IRS so they should fit.

But FF, I think he has a 4.6L engine!?!!

parts geeks?  I doubt it.  Mark viii, SC or Raxles (800-257-8192) are the options I know about.

I have been so busy I have not taken picts of my project but I will before I throw them in the car...

My Fuel Injector and Fuel Pump Calculator is still here to select the Fuel pump and injectors for most cars...

FF  Its a 4.6 and I already have an unlocked SCT from Lonnie Blue Oval so I expect to get a new tune.

JM  I mean the the rebuilt axles you can buy from parts stores for MarkVIII are only 70 bucks or even less.

They're already clean !!!!

Chit I just went and bought 2 from junkyard and paid 60 a piece.

SHEESH............Do they have a cv joint in them that needs servicing ?

I think I prolly shoulda just bought the ones from aftermarket

understand JM ?

SO....................arent they rebuilt ones ?    the same ?

Yes.  I just pulled mine off a SC and installed them.  You can get stock TBiird half shafts in aftermarket if you are not careful.  You can rebuild them, there are many videos on CV half shaft rebuilding on youtube.
