Anthonys Pizza
« on: February 19, 2008, 07:10:57 AM »
We visited Anthonys Pizza in Morrisiville the other day".  They are on the same street as the upcoming car show.

Their specialty is mini calzoni's...  :eaty:
The 5.4 swap has been called a bad idea, and considered an underpowered considerable waste of time, since 2007.

Nice to see that most donít think that anymore.

In the old country a mini calzoni like the one in the picture would be called a stromboli which looks like a loaf. A calzoni nothing more than a pizza folded in half and had a half moon shape and in the old country had ricotta add to the filling. Today the calzoni has gotten Americanized in todays pizza palor just make it like a stuffed pizza even in MA they do it the same way. The only place is in the North End (Italian section of Boston) where the still use the ricotta in the calzoni.
