ASP makes pulleys for the 1989-94 Thunderbird Super Coupe 3.8L.

If they are out of stock get the part number you need and look at e-bay for a used set.  If you run out of luck let us know since there may be one more source.

By the way how is the Project going?    :shift:

The 5.4 swap has been called a bad idea, and considered an underpowered considerable waste of time, since 2007.

Nice to see that most donít think that anymore.

If you must get one Bill is a good guy.   :afto2:

As I said before I am not too keen on the pulley.  It turns the blower faster, increases wear and the like.  I prefer a ported blower.  The downside to either is that if you go with it you need to make sure you have a non-stock exhaust and get more air into the engine.  Else you can blow the head gasket.  We all know that suxs!   :(

i sure do know that sucks.... i have the magnuson "s" port blower on my car, and i was making 15psi before i blew my gaskets...thats about the same about of boost you will make with a stock blower and a 10% pulley. i had a flowmaster resonator and back exhaust, but the cats and downtubes were stock... i now and running better gaskets and studded heads so hopefully i will be good when i put my 10% on.....

but yea, Bill is a very nice guy, and if you call him he will answer any questions you may have!!! :first:
