I picked up the caliper paint kit from Eastwood
. It comes in red, yellow, blue, silver, black, green, white, purple and gold. I selected GOLD # 10278Z!
This stuff needs twenty-four hours to dry. So you need to do the job where it can not get wet for 24 hours. A garage is nice. Worse case cover the car with a tarp. I cheated and used my buds lift.
The box says that his is easy. So I followed the directions and sprayed the calipers with brake cleaner. Let it dry. Mixed the paint and started to paint. I applied at least three coats waiting 1/2 hour between coats. Total time 3.5 hours.
Here is what the calipers look like with my Chromies!
